A first anniversary has an exact date, and that opens an option no other gift has: turning that particular day into a measured object.
Tradition says paper, and for once tradition helps
The first anniversary is paper in the English-speaking list and cotton in others. Both point the same way: something light, handmade, without the solemnity of the silver and gold that come later. A print lands exactly there.
What tradition does not solve is the content. A handsome sheet of paper with a generic line on it is a handsome sheet of paper. The difference is a sheet that says something only true of the two of you.
Why a chart works for an anniversary and not for everything
An anniversary celebrates a stretch of time and carries a hard fact with it: the date it started. That sets it apart from a birthday, where the fact belongs to one person, and from a gift with no occasion, where there is no fact at all.

The triptych is three panels: each person's birth chart, and the synastry in the middle. It reads left to right like a story. Who you were before, who she was, and what appears where the two cross.
The synastry print carries only the crossing, on one wheel. It is more direct, takes less wall and costs less. If you are undecided: the triptych when you want to see each person too, the synastry when the relationship is the point.
The data you need, and how to get it without spoiling the surprise
You need date, time and place of birth for both. Date and place are usually known. The time is the hard one, and it lives on the birth certificate, which is requested from the civil registry.
If you cannot get it without asking, order anyway: planetary positions stay correct and what loses reliability are the houses and the ascendant. You will see the preview built from the real data before paying, so you decide with the piece in front of you.
When to order

Yes. You enter both sets of data and place the order yourself. You can also share the saved design link if you would rather they filled in their part.
Does the print carry your brand?
No. The artwork carries no name of ours, no web address, no small signature in the corner. The brand lives on the certificate, where it is actually useful.
