Returns and withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving reasons.

To exercise this right, notify info@visiblecharts.com before the deadline.

Under Directive 2011/83/EU and equivalent rules, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.

Natal charts and other products made with your birth data, text, or unique designs fall under this exception: they cannot be returned for withdrawal once production has started, except for defect or error attributable to VisibleCharts.

If you receive a damaged item, a manufacturing defect, or something that does not match your order due to our error, contact info@visiblecharts.com. We will consider replacement, reprint, or refund.

If we later offer standard items without personalization, the 14-day withdrawal right will apply under usual legal conditions.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Bank timing may vary.
