Do I need an exact birth time?
For a full natal chart, birth time improves house and rising-sign accuracy. If you don't know it, say so in the configurator; we'll generate the chart with available data and show a preview before you buy.
Can I see how it will look before paying?
Yes. The configurator renders an on-screen preview. For physical products you can also request a product mockup preview before adding to cart.
How long does a physical order take?
Production usually takes 2–7 business days. Shipping time depends on your country and method. Exact estimates appear at checkout and in your confirmation email.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, to most countries served by our print-on-demand network. Shipping cost and time are calculated in the cart from your delivery address.
What happens to my birth data?
We use it only to calculate and render your chart or personalized product. You can save profiles in your account when signed in. See the privacy policy for retention and your rights.
Can I order multiple copies or ship to someone else?
Adjust quantity in the cart. Enter the shipping address at checkout; for multiple destinations, place separate orders or contact us for help.
Are there digital-only products?
Yes: high-resolution PDF and wallpapers. They are delivered by email after payment with no shipping charge.
