Account data: name, email, and authentication identifier when you sign in.

Personalization data: name, date, time, and place of birth (and similar data for other people you add), visual preferences, uploaded designs, and saved images.

Order data: shipping address, purchase history, fulfillment status, and related communications.

Service delivery and contract performance: calculating charts, generating previews, processing payments, and fulfilling orders.

Birth data: we process it because you voluntarily provide it to obtain a personalized product. Lawful basis is contract performance (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and, when you save profiles in your account, your explicit consent when creating or keeping those profiles (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).

We share data only with providers needed to operate the service:

Kinde: authentication and session management.

Stripe: payment processing.

Printify: print-on-demand production and shipping of physical products (only when you purchase a printed item).

S3-compatible storage: design files, previews, and catalog assets.

SMTP provider: transactional email (confirmations, order status).

These providers act as processors under appropriate agreements. We do not sell your personal data.

Order and billing data: kept as long as required for legal and accounting obligations (typically several years under applicable law).

Birth data and saved profiles: while your account is active or until you delete them. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize this data except where we must retain it by law.

Uploaded designs and images: while linked to your account or until you delete them.

Cookies: as described in the cookie policy.

You may access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing, and request portability where applicable. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.
